Fist time visitor I had a 1:00 appointment and was met by a person who took my information and showed me to a service rep. At about 2:30 I walked out to see if my truck was ready.It sitting there and I asked a guy who was greeting people if my truck was ready. He said it was and found the paper work on the service reps desk. He couldn't find the service rep, so he took it to another service rep to process.
