First time We just moved from NY and this was my first time at Pearson. I wasn't sure where to go. Everyone was very helpful. After Jimmy checked me in he showed me where the waiting room was and that he would come get me when my car was done. The building was so clean and beautiful. Jimmy was fantastic and I will request him when I come in next time. Florida is my new home and Pearson is my new place to take my Murano!! More

Excellent Service I drove into the drop off area, went into Isaac Velazquez's area, he took my information and told me it would be an hour.
