Issac was helpful but you guys dropped the ball. I dropped off my vehicle at 9am appt and after 2pm you call me and let me know you have to keep my truck overnight and I had to rent a vehicle from y I dropped off my vehicle at 9am appt and after 2pm you call me and let me know you have to keep my truck overnight and I had to rent a vehicle from you. Come to find out, you had the part in your inventory (check it yourself to confirm) and didn’t find it till that evening. That was your failure and I shouldn’t have been charged for the rental for your mistake, or I should have been called around 10AM to pick up my vehicle for another day. The manager was informed and no apology or recourse was offered to me. I doubt I will ever use you guys again…and btw I have spent over $100k between you and auto max. Way to treat a loyal customer… no need to worry about that moving forward now. You suck More
