Accustomed to outstanding Service Been with Pearson Nissan for about 10 years and never left disappointed. Performed wrong Service Brought in my 12 month old Leaf for the 12 month Service. They performed only a tire rotation which Issac stated was all that was required. When I got Brought in my 12 month old Leaf for the 12 month Service. They performed only a tire rotation which Issac stated was all that was required. When I got home I checked the Nissan Service Manual and a 12 month service also requires the Cabin Air Filter to be changed and an EV Battery Usage Report which is required by Nissan to keep the Li-Ion Battery Warranty valid. Nissan could void the Li-Ion battery warranty if that report is not performed annually. I don't plan on using this dealer for future service. More
