Service with a smile Had an issue with my car and had it towed to the dealership for safety reasons. I followed directly behind them and was greeted by my service rep. Al Jay, he was very knowledgeable and said my car would be ready in a couple of hours. And like clockwork I had just enough time to rat breakfast and drive the 15 minutes away and my car was completely serviced issued resolved and I was paid for and out the door in just over an hour. Smooth operation with personal service Had first appt at 1:30 with new car. Escorted to waiting area stocked with water, soft drinks and snacks, today's paper etc. I was told who my servic Had first appt at 1:30 with new car. Escorted to waiting area stocked with water, soft drinks and snacks, today's paper etc. I was told who my service adviser was. 40 minutes later the service adviser introduced himself and after reviewing what was needed said it would be about 90 minutes to do the oil change, filter, check tire pressure and wash car. 70 minutes later it was all done and the car was spotless. Isaac was very helpful throughout the process. More
