Service Department You need to train your 'new' service writers in customer relations. I was told the service I was having performed took approx. an hour and ten minutes You need to train your 'new' service writers in customer relations. I was told the service I was having performed took approx. an hour and ten minutes. At the 1.5hour mark I went looking for the service writer. She said they had to run a procedure twice and mine would be next out. At the 2 hour I asked again where my vehicle was and she said it would be coming down off the rack shortly. The service writers you had before would have made a point of coming back to the customer immediately when there was a possible delay. I had to go and find the service writer twice. That's not the way to do business. Thank you. More

Great transparent information from Kristin White and Perason I wanted to shop mainly online because of time restrictions etc., plus I knew pretty much what I wanted. I tried several other dealers and I felt I was getting the run around, with vague comments like come in and we will give you the best deal, etc. Kristin lets me know what my options were for cars on the lot or an order, and was completely straight with me on pricing, price to drive off the lot, etc. She was the only one. When I complemented her on that she said her supervisors tell her to be completely transparent with the customers. That alone is enough to make me extremely predisposed to bu a car from Pearson. I trust her and I appreciate the respect as a customer. Love my new Prius V. More
