Screw Had serpentine belt replaced and when I drove home the Air conditioning was no longer working. I looked to see if fuse was blown, the screw in type 1 Had serpentine belt replaced and when I drove home the Air conditioning was no longer working. I looked to see if fuse was blown, the screw in type 100 amp fuse was missing. My wife is out trying to find the two metric screws that clamp the fuse in. Let me tell you, it was very hard to remove the plastic box from the housing. I finally replaced the bolt in fuse in the rain and my AC still won't work, the clutch is engaging , they must have messed with another part of the system. Bless those that steal from you. God bless you Pearson!! Go to Pearson if you want to take a loss and have them break systems so they make more money. Minus 5 stars is a better rating. I chose to recommend them thinking this automated system would delete my review if No was picked. More

I live quite near a certain "no haggle" dealership. Had a really bad visit there years ago, but tried them again a couple of weeks ago. I had exchanges with a salesperson and he told me he had the car I was looking for. When I got there, found he did not. I did not appreciate being lured there with an empty promise. All other toyota dealerships around gave me "red flag" feelings (pushiness, false promises, etc.). Pearson happened to have the car I wanted, and I am glad it was Pearson I purchased from. Worked with Alyx (internet manager) and Lyndon (salesperson), and had a very stress-free buying experience. Lyndon has a calm confidence about him that made me feel secure and valued. I would buy from this dealership again without question. More

Timely, somewhat reasonable, detailed and thorough service Scheduled 6 month service. Took somewhat over 2 hours to complete. No issues found, somewhat reasonablly priced at around $330.00. Asked to have maintenance due service light turned off - its annoying having it come on 3,000 miles and 4-5 months since its last service. Tech explained the factory sets the service due light to engage at 5,000 miles - would be nice if it actually did do that. More

Their persistence fixed the mystery "no lights" for cabin lights problem that made driving at night dangerous. Through the teams ingenious efforts to track it down, it was solved and I have everything back to normal. Bright as ever at night. The the car loaner department was tops too. Although there is a Toyata dealer just 4 miles from my house I travel the distance to Pearson because of the trust I have in them over the years. Highly recommend Person Toyota of Newport News for service, anytime. More
