SERVICE on my 2008 Highlander I brought my vehicle in on 21 Oct 2015 for a VA Safety inspection and also had a air filter replacement service. My mileage was 124,836. I notice that on the Multipoint Inspection sheet that my brake lining measurements on the front left and right wheels showed 3mm. Referring to the Multipoint Inspection sheet dated 27 August 2015 showed the front left and right brake linings to be 5mm. My Mileage was 121,245. (3591 miles driven, Boston and Savannah trips) Looking back at a Multipoint Inspection sheet dated 29 Jan 2015 the same linings measured 6mm, and my mileage was 111,175. (10,070 miles driven) Are the technicians actually measuring the linings or guessing? On a few (3) passed service visit I had to return to dealership to have Jeremy reset the service warning msg on the dash that technician did not do at time of service. More

Since I plan on keeping my Avalon for five or six more years it is well worth a little extra cost to ensure the best possible service on my vehicle. More

Highlander check up. Always happy when I go to Pearson Toyota. Just drive up and someone comes out to meet you . Then I see Jeremy who I go to each time I visit. He gets everything updated and what needs to be done. He tells me how long it will take for my check up .Then I go to the waiting room which is very comfortable. There is always coffee, drinks and water. Also, some snacks. I usually watch TV or use the internet. There is a cute room for children to play or watch a video. After a while Jeremy comes to get me because my car is ready. He takes me to billing. My car is waiting and I am ready to leave. Great experience. They also have a shuttle to take you to work or wherever. This time I had and oil change, overall checkup and new tires put on. More

I the went to the waiting area and in a loted amount of time the service writer came and explained that my vehicle was in good shape and explained what services were preformed.
