OUTSTANDING!! This is the most comprehensive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff I have worked with for service on my ’08 4runner. My two experiences, one for an oil change and the second for a safety recall and ongoing transmission issues were extremely positive. After explaining my issues to the service rep and technician they had a good idea of the problems where other dealerships were unable to identify and fix the issues. I was experiencing a loud, highly noticeable knock beneath the vehicle in the power train at very slow speeds or just after coming to a stop. I also experienced a rotten-egg smell during acceleration. I simply needed a higher-temperature grease added to the slip yoke housing and now my 4runner runs noticeably better with greater power and I’m hoping for better gas mileage. It’s like they returned my vehicle back to me in brand-new condition. The problem was fixed in a timely fashion (less than a day) by an extremely courteous and experienced staff. Their shuttle service made it possible that I didn’t have to take off work for a day and this is the only dealership where I’ll get my 4runner serviced in the future. More

We purchased the Pontiac G6 GT that is now relisted and had issues with it from day one. We purchased it on a Friday and on Saturday I called our salesperson to tell him there was a hard pull in the steeri had issues with it from day one. We purchased it on a Friday and on Saturday I called our salesperson to tell him there was a hard pull in the steering wheel. HE advised me to bring it in on Monday, so I did. The technicians said there was nothing wrong with the car but I asked them to testdrive it. They did and after decided to replace the Rack. Well they didn't update the computer after replacement (because they didn't have the right tools) and called me to tell me it was ready for pickup. I picked it up that late afternoon and was driving home with my 2 yr old son in the car and lost control of the car. The steering wheel ripped out of my hands and went left of center on jefferson into oncoming traffic. I managed to slowly get the car home and called the dealership to come get it. They towed it back into the service area and the following day (tuesday) had it sent to the GM dealership. Today I went to return my rental car and to talk to my salesperson at Toyota. I have been so sick over this and honestly was too scared to drive that car again. I told them I would like to just return the car. I don't want a vehicle that I cannot feel safe with. After the final decision with management they took the car back because they admitted their fault. I was told they were going to just send this car to Auction but as soon as I returned home found it back on this website for sale. I understand we all need money in these hard times but is this the way to go about it? My son and I could have been seriously injured if not killed by the services negligence. I will never buy from this dealership nor will I ever refer a friend. I am sure that other people have had great service and have bought good cars but my experience could have gotten my son and I killed. I liked our salesperson, he was great to deal with but their service department is horrible. I am hopeful they fixed the problem with the G6 since they are now trying to resell it but buyer beware. I am only speaking from my personal experience and am not in anyway trying to slander their name. I only want to share my recent experience. More
