The service was excellent with customer service from (I believe her name is) Liz or Izzy at the service front counter . The work they do is very good. What lacked is communication. Every time they said they were going to call or text, it never happened. Not enough service advisors. Izzy was great but could not keep up with the demand. Also my $600. The service department here is outstanding. I bought my 4 month old Jeep at another local dealership. That other dealership was very unhelpful when my check engine light came on so I took it I bought my 4 month old Jeep at another local dealership. That other dealership was very unhelpful when my check engine light came on so I took it here instead. I am so glad I did. A unit in the charging system failed (subject to a recall) and I was advised the car should not be driven. Pedder set me up with a rental, and while I was bummed the part was on back order and wouldn't be available for a few weeks, I understood. But Izzy, the service manager (not sure her title) at Pedder, put through a rush order for the part and was able to get it fixed in just a couple of days. She kept me informed and followed up with me when she said she would. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be working through them in the future. I'm just sorry I didn't buy the jeep here! (I'll bring my business here in the future as well!) More
