I never spoke to anyone regarding my concern. I have had no contact with any manager. So I’m not sure how an internal investigation was opened. I have called the dealership and no one has answered. But I still have made zero contact with a manager. I’m not certain if my concerns have been mixed up with someone else’s concerns.

I am not interested in any further comunication with your dealership or employees. There is alot of Dealerships to choose from maybe you should train or get rid of your problems AKA self Scout your team get rid of the bad people and keep the good ones.

Nissan design a defective truck transmission not rebuildable they're having a lot of issues with their other Passenger cars they said they have no place to park them every one of them is waiting for service but they won't help you with the issues that they've created with their defective cars you're forced to trade them in and the money you lose you can never recuperate I will never buy another Nissan after reading this
