Overall satisfied, but will not come back for a service because delivery time was not respected, I have to call on my own for follow up after time was past due. My wife had to wait on site an extra 2 hours because delivery time was not respected, I have to call on my own for follow up after time was past due. My wife had to wait on site an extra 2 hours even when told that repair were completed, but was just missing a small detail. Representative was helpful but the whole situation has shown a lot of hesitation and lack of professionalism. More
