There was a misunderstanding, both sides could have handled it better. I had to pay $215 for a tow that I don't feel was entirely just. I took my Altima in to have my oil changed, my driver side visor fixed as well as my rear defrost. I received a call from Robert on Friday the 7th that was var was ready to be picked up. I told Robert I would be there on Saturday to pick it up. I get there on Saturday and pay over $400 dollars for all the service work that was done. Then a lady comes out and tells me that my key fob has been lost and the service department is trying to reprogram me a key and since there is only 1 computer will take about 30 minutes. My husband and I decide to wait the 30 minutes. Brian comes out with a new key fob and says we need to sometime go get the other key fob so he can reprogram that one as well. I get in my car and my new visor is covered in grease or oil. The clip is not on my new visor and my shift lock button is out. I went home to get my other key fob and took it back up there to have it reprogrammed. We explained our frustrations about how my car was left dirty to the guy with the red hair, but he was very rude to us, but gave the information to Brian and luckily Brian cleaned it up and apologized. We were also looking to buy another Nissian, but we will be taking our business elsewhere. More

Had previous negative experience with my Son at this dealership. Then this Dealer recalled my 2016 Honda Civic that was $8,999 and paid $7,000 down, was told we can't get you financing???? But you can sell me a 2020 model at 28%? Would definitely desire a call from David Peddar. More

Jonny (salesman) and OZZY (GM), both did a phenomenal job. I am very happy with my 2020 Altima, thanks to JONNY and OZZY. I was avlento see that Jonny is a dedicated and hard working man, and he likes his job. OZZY on his side helping him get me the best interest rate and best deal for me. Both make.a great team. I have experienced where salesman brings an assistant GM and the assists GM tries to be pushy and close the deal, I guess to show off and he ends up looking bad and almost breaking the deal....in the case of Jonny and OZZY, that never happend, both very calm and waiting on me to make a decision and ready to work with me. I personally recommend JONNY and OZZY..only them two working together for anyone who wants a car and no one else in hemet Nissan perder. JONNY and OZZY have the people's skills, customer service skills, very knowledgeable and always looking for ways to make things happend. Word of mouth is very important and social media as well.
