Would only recommend the sales person. Sales person was great! After that everything went downhill. This was my 5th and last car I will buy from Pedder.Brandon was was nice and helpful, he Sales person was great! After that everything went downhill. This was my 5th and last car I will buy from Pedder.Brandon was was nice and helpful, he was not pushy did not try to persuade us on way it the other on any of the cars. My wife and I truly enjoyed working with Brandon. We thought it was going to be an easy process as we were approved through schools first, However after we were turned over to the close deal, I believe it was Tony who took over and everything from that point forward sucked. We were there for over 4 hours and we already knew what we were approved for and the payment. Just too many games. Went back today to get the floor mats and again Tony says he can’t help with that as they don’t come with a used car. I let him know we were told they were in the trunk. How hard would it have been for him to even just throw them in at this point. We have bought 5 cars here. You’d think he would want to keep us happy nd just go get some floor mats. Nope told me Inhad to wait for Brandon who didn’t come in for another half hour. Last thing I wanted to do was sit around for another 45 minutes at the dealership after being there for 6 hours yesterday. Stop playing games your pissing off your customers and you are going to make it hard for you good sales people to get repeat business. More

Horrible Service This is the seventh visit to Pedder Nissan for the same reason and my car still fails the same. They sent Danny Garcia to drive my car to detect the f This is the seventh visit to Pedder Nissan for the same reason and my car still fails the same. They sent Danny Garcia to drive my car to detect the fault instead of sending a trained technician, and when I ask for a trained technician they gave me the number of Nissan Co. 1 800 Nissan 1 for me to make an appointment with a technician.. and with this implying that they don't have anyone qualified to find the problem with the car. Paul Thompson was the first technician who performed a drive test and he said that the RPMs are fluctuating up and down also a duplicate shift shock was found, TSB NTB17-016E for the same concerns found. And they for the second time re-programmed the ECM and TCM and the issue still the same. The car is a Nissan Armada 2017 and is still under the warranty of the dealer and it is a nightmare for us to have acquired this vehicle and to have to deal with this people, I definitely do not recommend the dealer or the purchase of this vehicle. More
