Big ticket surprise ended happily! Came in anticipating rotors needed to be changed & possibly struts, too; also mentioned a suspected issue with the drive of the car. After an assessment by the Service team, the smallish rotor service quickly turned into much more, including a fully replaced transmission (!). Service Advisor Nicole King took EXCELLENT care of me & my Quest! She pointed out specials that could help reduce my costs and ensured I got a rental vehicle that could accommodate a family member’s medical needs. She was friendly and wholly professional throughout the transaction which took a few days to complete. Kudos to the Service team, too: honestly, my Quest has never run better; even from the day I originally drove it off the lot (from a different Nissan dealer, I might add!). ;) Thank you, Pedder, for another round of good customer service & car care! More
Missed an hour of work for my car not to get fixed. I was late for work. There is only 1 shuttle, my car didnt get fixed after waiting 4 hours, not much detail of what and how they could assist me if i I was late for work. There is only 1 shuttle, my car didnt get fixed after waiting 4 hours, not much detail of what and how they could assist me if i have under 5,000 miles on my car and still on the warranty. Im disappointed and wish i waited to get my car checked out on a different day. More

I called they said it was ready and asked them to have the shuttle come back to get me. 30 mins later still no call on how long the wait for the shuttle would be. Finally get there and I’m with 2 kids both under 2 when I walked in I asked for them to pull up my vehicle and have the a/c on. I went to the cashier to go pay and cam back out, no car had to wait an additional 15 mins. I had a coupon for the oil change it was 9.99! That was the only thing great about it. Plus i asked Nicole to have them vacuum my car and it was not even touched. It took 3 hrs to have my car here for an oil change.. and I had an appointment.. More
First service on 2019 Rogue The service tech I checked in with to get my car serviced was very indifferent. Not what I've had before when I've been there with previous cars. Whe The service tech I checked in with to get my car serviced was very indifferent. Not what I've had before when I've been there with previous cars. When I asked about stamping our warranty service information in the owner's booklet, she just said "I've never been asked that before". I told her I couldn't find where the information went. It wasn't in any of the booklets for 2019 I guess. She kept repeating the same thing. Never offered to check or ask anyone if it was still necessary. I've always had it documented in every car purchased there since 2010, a total of 4 cars now. Not a big deal, I just wanted to know. She just didn't seem like she even wanted to be there. Service tech did not put the info into the car under oil/tire maintenance so it will pop up on the dash in 5,000 miles. Tire pressure was still elevated in the back tires when I drove home. Don't know if it was ever really checked. Car was finished in a timely manner and washed. More

I was advised that my car would take about 3 hours to be ready. 3 hours later I got a phone call my car was serviced and everything that I had requested to be done to my car thank you for a great job!!!!
