I’ve had bad experiences with the service department over the years but our most recent visit is by far the worst of them. Our family and I trusted them with what seemed to be a simple task; finding out what the years but our most recent visit is by far the worst of them. Not only did they misdiagnosed the code given but they also assured me the problem was not the cheapest thing to fix but instead the most expensive possibility. Once I agreed to the fix of the vehicle which cost me near to $5000 they gave me back my car in the same not-working condition. I called them to ask them to have it re-checked they assured me in a matter of hours there was nothing wrong. When I insisted they did a more thorough inspection they called me back 3 days later telling me my problem was the initial issued they assured me my vehicle didn’t have. As they were looking into charging me an additional $1000 I refused and not once did they acknowledged the mistake they made, nor did they offer to repair it at no cost… I decided to rid of that car and buy a different vehicle of a different maker to never do business with this unprofessional establishment and their staff.
