Very Bad experience"Had a pretty bad experience at the Very Bad experience" Had a pretty bad experience at the Pedder Nissan in Hemet, CA where we went to buy a used car, cash deal too for a 2010 Merced Very Bad experience" Had a pretty bad experience at the Pedder Nissan in Hemet, CA where we went to buy a used car, cash deal too for a 2010 Mercedes-Benz M-Class. ML 350. We felt insulted the way the sales person handled the deal. It felt that they wasted our time after all the back and forth with the price and then he came to say that another customer was just on the phone interested in the same car than us and that they offered more money and that they were on their way to get the car.... whatttttttt was that all about.... Not integrity whatsoever... I guess they forgot that they are not the only dealers in town or that there are dealers of other cars who will be happy to take our business. I have about 20 years of experience in customer service and I would never had interacted with a customer, who is negotiating, like that. All I have to say is that anyone can sell a vehicle but the first rule of sales is to give excellent customer service but I guess nobody bothered to tell these guys about the same. Shame on you Pedder Nissan of Hemet, if this is the level of customer service you are providing and that kind of training is imparted from your managers. Also shame on Mercedes Benz USA as well for not teaching people who are representing their brand how to properly deal with customers. You guys should tell them to start from the basics so at least they know what is the meaning of customer service. Extremely disappointed and easily the worst customer service experience ever. Glad to say next day we negotiated with All in Auto Group car dealer in Norco and happily bought my car and had a very pleasant experience. More
