Worst service I’ve ever had at the dealership. I usually go to another dealer but since covid19 I haven’t had to work and this dealer is still an hour from home but the closest to me. Went back multiple tim go to another dealer but since covid19 I haven’t had to work and this dealer is still an hour from home but the closest to me. Went back multiple times for the same issue which was replaced on the 3rd visit but only because I called corporate who expedited the ordering of the part. This dealer did not offer nor fix another recall (to the backup camera that corporate actually told me about) and also upon replacement the time and date info was not updated. Also no receipt was given to me my second visit.I was told that they would send it to me so I wouldn’t have to wait for it it’s been over a week and a half. More
