The selection was good but when it came time to to negotiate they made it seem that some of the extra options were not options. I Recently Had my 2018 Murano in for 20k checkup oil etc . Kevin was my service guy. He did a great job getting my info & addressed my concerns . Nice people just doing their job. But expect to pay 6k more than what u thought. They lie to your face and sneak it on the contract. VERY DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. First of all the car I was interested in was listed as a different (more expensive) trim on the website, so all the options were not correct. On top of that I was told I had to purchase an after market option for $2800.00 in addition to the listed price. When I said I did not want nor did I need it, they said they would reduce the price to $700 IF I financed through them(at a higher rate than I was already preapproved ), AND purchase an extended warranty for $3000.00! The only positive thing about the experience is that our salesmen were professional and very friendly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
