It was a typical car dealer experience for the most part. Everyone was nice but they are sales people so that is their job. If we weren’t functioning in the world of Covid 19 I probably would have either kept it or tried to sell it privately. Speaking of Covid, The person who brought my car up for the initial test drive approached me not wearing a mask which made me a little uncomfortable. He had been in the car touching everything with no mask on. Also while signing my finance documents I was having to touch a mouse and pen that god only knows how many people had touched before me which also made me very uncomfortable. I could not wait to wash my hands. When I got home I was looking over my original paperwork and realized I was supposed to get floor mats and a retractable cargo cover with the vehicle. When I called them about this, first I got the run around from someone who told me he would have to look at my bill of sale and would let Michael know that I had called. I asked to speak directly to Mike who promised me he would get what I was owed. I was called only a few days later and told my items were in. When I picked them up I was pretty disappointed. You would think that considering the price I paid for the vehicle and all the bells and whistles on the car they would have provided me with floor mats that one, are actually made for the car, two have some quality to them, and three match the interior color of the car. I was given light grey mats for my black carpet. I probably could have bought the mats I was given for $20 at Walmart. So in summary just a typical car sales experience. More
This is the Worst customer service and car Maintenance i have ever received! I dropped my bran new car off for a simple oil change yesterday. I get my car home and go to drive it to work today and the dashb have ever received! I dropped my bran new car off for a simple oil change yesterday. I get my car home and go to drive it to work today and the dashboard lights up with all kinds of warnings and then my car dies in the highway! I get it home and go to peddler Nissan this morning. When I show up the girl who is helping me has no answers, can’t tell me when my car should be done or if it will even be done same day since “I don’t have an apt” which is unacceptable since I wouldn’t of been back at all if my car had not been messed up from the previous days service. I asked if I can please get a rental car or something as I have work all weekend and Monday if next week and I do not have another car. I was told no not until they figure out the problem. Okay fine. She calls me at 1 today saying they can fix half the problem and make my car drivable but that I will have to bring it back in next week once parts come in to finish the job. She says she will call me once the car is finished today. I called them at 310 as I had not heard from them and last thing I knew they would call me when my car was done. The lady calls me back at 320 saying yes “that she told me my car would be fine today and I have to be there by 4 or they will be closed. I told her I’m waiting on my Lyft that I will be there ASAP but I may be a few mins late as I was not told me car was ready and I didn’t not want to waste a $40 Uber ride on getting there for a not finished car. She said “no you have to be here by 4 or you can not pick up your car, that she told me it would be ready today.” Yes but she also told me she would call me to confirm that it was ready.. The whole interaction was rude and not helpful at all! They can’t stay open 10 mins late considering I never got a call saying my car was done! Also they used Covid as an excuse to why they may or may not be able to get my car done today however they had 3 employees yesterday and two this morning not wearing face masks including the girl doing my paperwork. I am pregnant and this is a huge issue for me as it shows they are showing no care for the well-being of their customers! I also spoke to I believe Catherine originally and asked if I could pick my car up with sales since I may not be there by 4 she told me no that I had to pick up with service. More
