Horrible experience, I only go to for warranty items because customer service is usually bad. Every time I've had to go I get told I will be called with an update at a certain time, very rarely if ever because customer service is usually bad. Every time I've had to go I get told I will be called with an update at a certain time, very rarely if ever get a call. The only person that seemed to try and be helpful and actually call back was the assistant manager Kevin Foster. (Seemed to genuinely care about customer satisfaction) The Manager Gregg Velasco actually told me the reason I was having warranty claim issues was because that's the only time I take it to them. If I took it there for routine maintenance I wouldn't be experiencing issues about whether or not it was covered under warranty. Having routine maintenance done at other places isn't supposed to affect warranty related issues but if that's how they operate. My last 2 issues I've had to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs to help resolve the issues. Well I've never directly dealt with the mechanics their work is good and I haven't had any problems with the repairs they make. If they train better in customer relations for their service side they would probably generate more business instead of losing it. Because of them I'll never purchase another Nissan as long as they're the only Nissan Dealer/Service center in the area. More
