Poor communication and lack of knowledge and effort in resolving natter. In to pick up and drop off company leased vehicle. Took 2+ weeks to satisfy service commitment that should have been done in 1-2 d resolving natter. In to pick up and drop off company leased vehicle. What you didn’t know is personally we are in the market for a new car. Good customer service should ALWAYS be modeled. It may gain you additional business. Or not. More
