I made contact with Danny in the Service Dept. & he said my part was in & I have an appointment this Sat. Morning to have the defective stock part replaced. Only issue was that my vehicle was brought outside indicating it was done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another 20min till I went to the service desk and asked if it was ready which indicating it was done. Secondly this dealership needs a lot of help (in all areas of the dealership) in regards to customer service. it seems that y’all send text messages for every single little thing instead of taking the time to actually call the client and speak to them in person. It is very impersonal, in my opinion. But unfortunately this seems as if where customer service has gone to, and it is sad. More
