Only issue was that my vehicle was brought outside indicating it was done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another 20min till I went to the service desk and asked if it was ready which indicating it was done. First off, I have replied STOP to the text message alerts about 2 or 3 times - and I continue to get more texts? Please remove my number from your text list. Secondly this dealership needs a lot of help (in all areas of the dealership) in regards to customer service. it seems that y’all send text messages for every single little thing instead of taking the time to actually call the client and speak to them in person. It is very impersonal, in my opinion. But unfortunately this seems as if where customer service has gone to, and it is sad. More

My sales person Alex deserves 10 stars, finance manager was also amazing.. unfortunately that’s where this awesome experience ends. 8 Days after our purchase the check engine light goes on. I make the 76 m was also amazing.. unfortunately that’s where this awesome experience ends. 8 Days after our purchase the check engine light goes on. I make the 76 mile drive back to Pedder and wait 5 hours to be told my catalytic converters done. (Clearly covered in my 1000 mile warranty) I’m told to take my car home up the mountain to Big Bear because the service manager isn’t in to authorize a vehicle for me to borrow while my car is being worked on, plus they’d have to buy the part.. they said they’d call me when it comes in. A week later, no call. I called to see if the part has come in and was told not yet. Another week goes by and I call again, still no part, this time I requested a call from the service manager cause now I’m annoyed. No call. About another week I called and asked about the part and was put on hold as they had no idea what I was talking about. I was told I’d be getting a call back (from the service manager, or so I assumed). I was called back and told there needed to be an APPROVAL from the sales department to order the part as this would be like $2,500.. I was also asked if I was able to meet them “halfway” on the service.. Obviously I didn’t want to pay half.. I didn’t even want to pay a $1. I was THEN told, once again I’d get a call back. Haven’t heard anything. It’s been 3 weeks. Pedder got our money and I guess that’s all that matters. Clearly we’re on our own. More
