They didn't even change my oil when I went in for my last oil change 😒 didnt even bother to give a reminder sticker to even make it seem that a service was done. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves . Lied about the oil being done and also lied about getting a rental from hertz . You and management suck. More

For one, the wrong mileage was put down on the invoice & on the sticker. 2nd, I had asked if they could check under the car because I smell burnt plastic. When my car was ready I asked if there was anythin on the sticker. 2nd, I had asked if they could check under the car because I smell burnt plastic. When my car was ready I asked if there was anything stuck on the bottom & they said no & nothing on the exhaust. The sales girl said that if I wanted a "full diagnosis", it would be $179.00. I came home & still smell the burnt smell. I crawled underneath the hot car & i see that there's black plastic stuff in the exhaust pipe. Very disappointed that the service ppl did not check something when I asked to do so. More
My wife has a 98 Nissan Maxima that needs a moon roof seal replaced. Paul was very helpful to inspect and try to see about the repair. He was not able to find a part without great expense.
