Well, the service I received the last couple of times made me feel like the only thing I was concerned about was collecting the money and not fixing the problem of the check engine light it took roughly made me feel like the only thing I was concerned about was collecting the money and not fixing the problem of the check engine light it took roughly around eight days two times before they got it right and I mean two times in a couple thousand dollars later so over the 11 years of doing business with you guys with my truck and my wife’s SUV we no longer feel like family so I’ve decided to move on from you guys. I hope you do better in the future for the customers that you still have and that you keep service advisors like Bessie, Tony the service manager, you can get rid of him cause he never did call me after sending me an email telling me to call him which I did left a message and the way I feel if you can’t return my call then I don’t matter to you, especially when I’m spending thousands of dollars helping you keep a job and that’s all I got to say about it. Good luck with you guys in the future and just remember 2008 when the government had to bail you out. More

Had my vehicle for 2 weeks to tell me they changed a 02 sensor then tried to charge me 140$ for an oil change. It was towed to the shop because of multiple check engine lights (according to the gmc app) an sensor then tried to charge me 140$ for an oil change. It was towed to the shop because of multiple check engine lights (according to the gmc app) and a transmission light, which also was alerted by the app. While vehicle was there asked to look at my front end. I stated to them I literally cannot tow my trailer because of how bad is shakes and runs me off the road. Told me I need front rotors and it’s 1200$ for just the fronts no pads and before tax. My vehicle has 27,000 miles, it’s a year old and I paid for the extended warranty… nice to know I got that extra coverage More
