Firstly, I want to say I’ve been a loyal Buick driver for over 25 years. Stopped in to get a new engine filter and oil change. In showroom met with Brian, Used Car Mgr, and he introduced me to Lou Cerota. over 25 years. Stopped in to get a new engine filter and oil change. In showroom met with Brian, Used Car Mgr, and he introduced me to Lou Cerota. Both were friendly and charismatic; not phony or forced. Long story short, after seeing and test driving a new black Envista ST we made a deal. I can honestly say I wasn’t pressured but rather Lou was very professional and more of a “counselor” than the typical “salesman”. Lastly, Raphaele the Finance Manager worked with me on multiple financial scenarios until I found one that I really liked and was comfortable with. Bottom line, Lou was fantastic, managers were great and the dealership itself was immaculate!! It was actually a fun experience! Anyone in S. Jersey wanting a new car or GMC, take a drive to Pellegrino on the BHP. You won’t be disappointed!! More

Could not ask for a better dealership I’ve bought a lot of new cars and Pellagrino is by far top-tier in customer service and communication. I have never had to spend time wasted going back-and-forth to tr of new cars and Pellagrino is by far top-tier in customer service and communication.
