i took my truck in for a shifting concern its a 2019 gmc sierra 5.3l i noticed that from 1st to 2nd gear my transmission would shift hard bang into second at times coming from reverse to drive it would hesi sierra 5.3l i noticed that from 1st to 2nd gear my transmission would shift hard bang into second at times coming from reverse to drive it would hesitate then slam into gear when towing its even worst the tech drove my truck 75 miles and said he felt nothing i can an got my truck and went on a ride with my friend and he felt it and so did i mind u were both A technicians i tried to call and reach back out and i got not response from the service team i think i called twice my truck has powertrain warrenty left on it thats the only reason i took it there More
I am extremely happy with the service department and everyone in Pellegrino. They are the only shop that does any work on my 2018 canyon. Unhappy that issues with SUV were not told to me until after I bought SUV. The dealership was well aware of the issues and sold me the SUV and because codes started popping up the day I left with SUV that after I bought SUV. But the sales manager who had been driving the SUV admitted to knowing these issues existed before I even came in to buy car due to driving it himself. They are now working on fixing it but the trust has been broken. There were no accommodation made only then fixing it and the SUV pricing is the same even though it not truly valued at what they priced it to be. More
Yes my review is I was happy with Pellegrino the wait time was short. However when I receive my ticket I noticed that only a oil change was done there is no so many points inspection and since it was my time was short. However when I receive my ticket I noticed that only a oil change was done there is no so many points inspection and since it was my 91,000 MI check up I specifically did not ask for the tires to be rotated but yet vmc requires for them to be rotated at 21,000 miles and for the air filter and for the filter somewhere else in the car to be changed. I myself can handle the filter in the glove box however, I would like a itemized bill sent to me that my truck or SUV was taken care of to the specifications required by GMC. And also when I look at my GMC online I don't see points or credit towards my oil change. I did call about this and they said wait a few more days however it's been 2 weeks and I haven't seen it yet.
