Lou still great 21 years later I was walking on the lot and was met by a getleman asking if he could help me. I said his name was Lou Cerota . The man looked at me with a huge smile and said "I am Lou". We shook hands and started reminiscing, see back in 1985 I purchased my first car from a salesman named Joe Derella who worked for Lou's family dealership Cerota Chevorlet/Olsmobile in Elmer NJ. Needless to say I was excited to be working with Lou again and I was not diapointed. I was so glad that I returned ( I said I would) because I felt like I was right at home. Lou always puts his customers first and we made a great deal . I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The truck ran great, and was a comfortable upgrade from my 08 Sierra. Lou was excellent, no pressure, and I left that day with a good price and excellent trade in value for my truck to ponder. Best experience at a car dealership! After contacting several GMC dealerships in southern NJ, I ended up going with Pellegrino because Lou Cerota and Craig were easy to work with and stra After contacting several GMC dealerships in southern NJ, I ended up going with Pellegrino because Lou Cerota and Craig were easy to work with and straigh forward from the start. I went in a test drove the Acadia and left the dealership with a price in hand. A couple days later, I completed the paperwork all via email to save time in the dealership and went in that evening to complete the paperwork. The whole process took a couple hours vs all day and Lou and Craig were able to beat the price they originally quoted me after processing all my paperwork! They were phenomenal and I would recommend anyone go there and ask for Lou and Craig! We will be buying our cars from them from now on. Thank you for the customer satisfaction you strive for! It really makes a big difference! More
