We are not from the area and had a problem develop on our 2018 3500 High Country 2 days before Christmas. They said that their lift would not accommodate our truck, but recommended we go to Pelligrino GMC. W 2018 3500 High Country 2 days before Christmas. We showed up with no appointment but explained our problem and that we were from out of town and would be leaving the area two days after Christmas. They weren’t sure they would be able to do it, but their lead technician said he would get it done because their bigger lift was empty and he would squeeze it in. Not only did they take it in but their shuttle service took us back to the campground a half hour away. By the end of the day, we had the truck back and have had no issues since. We cannot recommend Pelligrino GMC enough. They went out of their way when it would have been very easy to say we can’t do it before the holiday. Toni, the service advisor was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us. More
