Made an appointment and they didn’t look at the truck for a week after dropping it off. Then they kept my truck for weeks for a fuel sensor repair saying the diagnostics took along time bc they’re emailing w a week after dropping it off. Then they kept my truck for weeks for a fuel sensor repair saying the diagnostics took along time bc they’re emailing with gmc directly. Truck didn’t sound right after picking it up so I returned it. They tried telling me my steering gear box and pitman arm were bad. Gave me an estimate over $2500 or so. Many other details to this but the long and short of it is this place tried ripping me off for an unnecessary repair and held onto my truck for a ridiculous amount of time getting the initial repair completed. I took it to another shop for a second opinion. As soon as he popped the hood he discovered numerous unclamped wires and one large part completely unbolted flopping around under the hood. This place is a disgrace. Service department is a xxxxshow. This was my second time going there and I would never recommend anyone to use this dealership. Mark the owner told me I sounded ungrateful bc gmc was going to cover part of the cost and I wasn’t happy to have to pay for a portion of the repair for a problem that didn’t exist until after they took receipt of my truck. Stay away from this Stealership. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with gmc this week. More
