Unfortunately, the communication throughout my service visit was very disappointing. I had several questions and concerns that I was told would be followed up on, including the significant difference in t visit was very disappointing. I had several questions and concerns that I was told would be followed up on, including the significant difference in tire tread measurements and the sunroof repair, but I did not receive the promised callbacks or clear answers before picking up the vehicle. I ultimately had to repeatedly follow up myself, and after leaving the vehicle with the dealership for several days, I expected much better communication and attention to my concerns. The actual routine service was completed satisfactorily, but the overall customer service experience fell well below what I expected from a Buick dealership. More

What I thought was a simple problem turn out to be more. But every thing eventually was fixed n Toni checked my warranty's n there was no charge. Toni got me a ride home n a ride to pick up my car when it w But every thing eventually was fixed n Toni checked my warranty's n there was no charge. Toni got me a ride home n a ride to pick up my car when it was ready. The courtesy drivers was courteous n friendly as well. What could have been a bad situation due to the problem with my car the staff made it a very pleasant experience for me n i can't speak enough about Toni who called n kept me abreast of what was going on with my car.
