Left dealer after paying $2,200 to fix truck. Mile down road engine light came on and service monitor light is still on. Was only informed the cost to fix service monitor after dealership said tr Mile down road engine light came on and service monitor light is still on. Was only informed the cost to fix service monitor after dealership said truck is done. I also requested oil change (which was confirmed that it would be done) but never happened. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I came to you for many repairs over the years. I get folks have bad days and sometimes things happen, but think this one was a little excessive. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, but figure I would make you all aware so the next customer doesn’t experience the same issues. Thanks you. More
