Parts department totally dropped the ball on my order timing,then your service department got my part and did not install it on the appointment day waited until following day knowing I needed back my veh timing,then your service department got my part and did not install it on the appointment day waited until following day knowing I needed back my vehicle had to change my plans around i am not a happy customer the main manger took 50% off my labor bill for the service department mess up. Since I got there, service rep was more focus in fighting with her staff. No welcome whatsoever aside from the 5 "I will be right with you", Never ask me if I needed a ride or offer me the waiting room. S with her staff. No welcome whatsoever aside from the 5 "I will be right with you", Never ask me if I needed a ride or offer me the waiting room. Service was worst then that. Went there for a full diagnostic on my car. Only found an issue on a tire sensor and fuel tank level sensor, but missed leaks in oil and antifreeze systems. It is really concerning people kike thia are running a dealership where they leave a vehicle that could cause and accidents or leave someone stranded in this winter coming weather. Shame on them More
