Review: Dishonest and Disappointing Experience I was charged $129 for a service charge at this dealership, only to be given inaccurate and misleading recommendations. I brought my car in for a rattling charged $129 for a service charge at this dealership, only to be given inaccurate and misleading recommendations. I brought my car in for a rattling noise, and they told me I needed to replace my rear shock absorbers—even though I had those replaced just two months earlier. I took the car back to the shop that originally did the work, and with the car on the lift, it was clear the shock absorbers were brand new and in perfect condition. The actual issue turned out to be a wheel bearing, not the shocks as this dealership claimed. I essentially paid $129 for nothing but misinformation. This feels dishonest and untrustworthy. I had even been considering purchasing another Buick, but after this experience, it will not be from this dealership. I am very disappointed and am also considering disputing the charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware: be cautious before trusting the recommendations here. More

It been a year and 8 months and the service manager is just now getting involved because I had to complain to the owner.
