Pellegrino Buick GMC - Service Center

I had always been very pleased with the service department in the past and have purchased three vehicles from Pellegino. All the service work on those vehicles had been done by them and I was a ha department in the past and have purchased three vehicles from Pellegino. All the service work on those vehicles had been done by them and I was a happy loyal customer. Sadly, this has not been the case in my last several visits. Work that had been requested was not completed despite the vehicle being there for almost a month. I do not believe it is the mechanics who are at fault. Specific requests were not completed and vehicles had to be returned to do work that should have been done when initially dropped off. So sorry that a previously great service department is no longer. More
