Michelle was the nicest person to us. My husband & I was having a really rough time which is what brought us to buying another car. Our daughter had an accident with our Trial Blazer & the car was tota was having a really rough time which is what brought us to buying another car. Our daughter had an accident with our Trial Blazer & the car was totaled by the other driver's insurance company. So given the age of our car & the mileage we accepted their offer. We were not prepared to buy another care right now so we were just looking to see what was available. I was just sad about loosing my car. However, when Michelle came out to greet us, she had a smile & a very relaxing way about her that put our fears at ease. I really liked this dealership until my son called to see if he could get a car and they told him no they couldnt help him. Then i called the service dept and they was just rude. How do i buy a brand new car if he could get a car and they told him no they couldnt help him. Then i called the service dept and they was just rude. How do i buy a brand new car and have no spare tire or jack just some crappy air pump that wouldnt blow up a beachball. I very dissappointed that i had to lose a days pay because i had a flat tire. Everyone i tell that i have no spare tire and jack they look at me like you got ripped off. Never again will i go back to this dealship!
