We were not pressured at all while we were deciding on what Jeep we were going to finally end up with. Patrick gave us his cell phone # in case we had any questions we needed answering or any concerns while we were deciding. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle we called Patrick and he had the Jeep ready and all the necessary paperwork finished. The whole process took less than 1/2 hour......until we were introduced to Rob Mintz. He is the Finance Manager who takes you into his "den" and tries to up-sell warranty packages to you. Maybe he was pissed off because we were not interested in any extra warranty. My husband and I felt awkward while with this man. He is very nervous and quite rude. The plant in his office was as withered as his presentation. Most people in the retail business look to establish a commonality with their customers, this gentleman did the opposite. We enjoyed our experience with Patrick, who was very professional and punctual. We love our Jeep and hope to see Patrick in the future. Renee & Lou Zmuda More

I ordered a special edition Grand Cherokee which was not on the lot and I was in the midst of an international trip during the order/delivery time. Patrick was very responsive and kept me updated on the delivery process and my accessory requests several times during a 10 day span and even responding to my calls/texts after hours. A sales person, Jen, came out and we let her know we were just looking. She was ok with that and allowed us to look on our own. Today we went back and met with Patrick Brown as Jen was on vacation. We ended up leasing a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Patrick was knowledgeable and did not play games with the price or the deal. He hustled and had us out of the dealership in record time. He was very knowledgeable about the product, which pleasantly surprised me as I had owned a number of Jeeps prior to this one. I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for what we were, a no pressure, no games, pleasant car shopping experience. More

He took his time explaining everything about the Compass. Other people were their purchasing also but I felt very special when Mr. Pellegrino came and introduced himself to my sister and I wow. I highly recommend going to Pellegrino Jeep in Woodbury, NJ even if you are not sure you want a Jeep. You never know you may find just what you are looking for in a dealer because purchasing a Jeep is more then the vehicle it's also the people and the atmosphere in which you make your decision. More

With their friendly and knowledgable staff, I felt like we were in good hands. We were able to find a vehicle we wanted at a reasonable price. Having had a previously bad car buying experience from another dealership, Jake put us at ease immediately and addressed all of our concerns. We made a desperate call to Woodbury Pellegrino Jeep. Glenn Hughes from Pellegrino Jeep and Chrysler promised us a positive experience and he exceeded our expectations! He walked us through the entire vehicle answered all our questions and taught us all about the SUV. The dealership worked out a great deal and promised to continue to be by our side throughout the life of our beautiful granite Jeep Cherokee. Horrible People BUYER BEWARE!! I went in specifically to buy a used Acura TL that they had on their lot, after negotiating the price down, we waited forever to get our paperwork don I went in specifically to buy a used Acura TL that they had on their lot, after negotiating the price down, we waited forever to get our paperwork done because they only had 1 finance person working on the paperwork. We agreed on the car price within 20 mins but had to wait about an hour and a half just to get the paperwork done. As we were leaving the dealership, it was closing time for them and we noticed that the tire pressure was low when we turned the car on. Since we were in a rush to leave, we told the sales man Dan and he said he would have to drive around and fill the tire but we decided to just do it ourselves. So we did. The next day, my husband looks at the car and notices that the inspection sticker was expired. We purchased the car June 6th and the inspection sticker was good until May, so it was a week expired. We didn't say anything since taking a car to get inspected is not a big deal and it's free... But still, who sells a car that has an expired inspection sticker???! Then about a month later, the service light came on and the car needed an oil change. In the meantime, the low tire pressure light came on abt 4 times and my husband filled the tire up. He also called the dealership about the problem but had no luck getting someone to call him back. So when my husband went to get the oil changed, he asked the mechanic to also check the tire and they came back and reported that the tire pressure sensor was broken (which would cost $265 to repair) ...well, my husband called Pellegrino and they flat out said that since it had been past 30 days, they would not do anything about it. Mind you, they were fully aware of the inspection sticker being expired, the oil change after 1 month to which they tried to say that they changed the oil but forgot to reset the sensor (yeah right!!!) and that since it's past 30 days, they could not do anything about the broken tire sensor. I think it's bad business on their part and I would warn anyone and everyone to be careful and fully check their used car purchase BEFORE leaving the lot! The ONLY PERSON I WOULD REFER THIS PLACE TO IS MY WORST ENEMY! This place sucks!! Good luck to those of you who do decide to buy a car from here. More
