Bought a used van at this dealership. Also purchased the extended warranty. Took the Honda Van in for faulty passenger door. Instead of paying the $100 to fix here, was told they would NO Also purchased the extended warranty. Took the Honda Van in for faulty passenger door. Instead of paying the $100 to fix here, was told they would NOT do the work, so I had to take it to a Honda dealership and pay $250 for the work according to my warranty. I have to drive 75 minutes to bring it to this location. Definitely won't be getting any more work done on my vehicle here, even if I have to pay more to take it somewhere else. TOTALLY misled about the the warranty and that they would continue to take care of my vehicle needs. More
I brought my car in for a diagnosis at 9am and was told it would take 5 hours. I told John that I would be returning to work so it would be best to text my phone if he could because I do not get service in it would take 5 hours. I told John that I would be returning to work so it would be best to text my phone if he could because I do not get service in the building he said okay and I then took the shuttle to work. I got off at 5 and called them to ask if my car was ready because it had been more than the 5 hours they had told me it would take I was then told they needed to keep the car overnight because they hadn’t gotten to it yet which I was fine with me I asked if I could get a ride from the shuttle to my other vehicle they asked if it was in Tyler and I told them yes it was about 2 miles from my job they gave me the shuttle number and told me to tell the driver where to pick me up from. The shuttle driver came to pick me up. He already had another person in the vehicle that he needed to drop off at the dealership first and he told me he would take me to my vehicle after that. When we arrived at the dealership, I was told to wait in the shuttle as he dropped off the other customer and he would then take me to pick up my other car. After that another service worker came to the vehicle and told me I needed to get out because the shuttle driver would not be able to take me to my car when I asked her why she said “I don’t know you need to talk to John” I told her that John already told me they need to keep my car overnight and he told me that the shuttle driver would take me to my other vehicle. She just kept repeating the driver was not taking me anywhere and I needed to talk to John to find a way home. When I talk to John, he blamed me for not listening to my voicemail or picking up my phone when he called. I tried explaining to him once again that I didn’t get service at my job but he seemed to just get even more irritated and told me to “just wait right here” and stomped off. After a few minutes he returned, driving my car to which he told me very riddled rudely that I am “lucky that the foreman hadn’t started taking my car apart.” he gave me back my car and told me to bring it back the next day and just walked away from me. I did not bring my car back and I will be looking for a new place to get my car serviced. I brought it here because I bought the car from here and thought I would be treated with respect Instead.
