Easy, Fair, and Excellent After contemplating purchasing a new truck for almost a year, I decided to check out the inventory at Pegues-Hurst Ford. I hadn't really done my homew After contemplating purchasing a new truck for almost a year, I decided to check out the inventory at Pegues-Hurst Ford. I hadn't really done my homework yet on the 2015 F150's and I wasn't looking to buy right away, and after meeting Kris I made it clear that I wasn't going to purchase a truck that day. Kris understood, answered all of my questions, and was very patient with me. After my initial encounter with Kris, it took several trips back to the lot after hours, a lot of online research, and multiple phone calls/visits to competing dealerships to finally make up my mind. I was sold on the truck, the fair price, the ease of the deal, and buying local. Most of all, I was impressed with Kris. As the son of a former car salesman, I appreciated that Kris was upfront and honest, and that I didn't feel pressured by him to buy a vehicle that I didn't need or want. I also want to mention how nice Carol in F&I was when signing the deal, and how nice Paul was to take me back to work while the truck was detailed and later help Kris deliver my truck. All in all it was an excellent experience and I'm glad I choose to do business with the Pegues-Hurst team. More
