We are from south Texas and we were in Mount Pleasant visiting my son . As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond. Jeremy Pollard was my Salesman and Mike was Toliver Manager at Toliver Ford in Mineola. My wife and I went by the Ford lot and informed them that we were just looking around for an SUV. Jeremy answered our questions and was very knowledgeable and showed us a couple of SUVS. With that being the first cars we looked at and we move on, we looked on Saturday at others at different dealerships. Monday morning, we were calling back about 1 of the SUVS we looked at and it was still there. A salesman brought the car to where I was and we drove it a little more while in the meantime, Jeremy explained to me about hybrid's because I knew nothing about them. After that, we were sold on that CRV Hybrid Sport-L and bought it!
