Quick & Easy Truck Purchase I did an on line search and found what I wanted so I called Pegues-Hurst Ford and spoke to Shannon who verified what I found on line. We went out there a day or two later, test drove the truck, and bought it. We called Shannon before we came to give him a heads up to expect us, and he showed us the trucks we might be interested in. The dealership had a lot of Ford incentives going on as well as a dealer incentive. It beat all the other dealership prices in our area of East Texas and Northwest La. Plus they had what we wanted where a lot of them didn't. They had plenty of colors besides white--which is the last color we wanted. When we sat down to sign the paperwork the lady, Carol, who did that part asked if we wanted an extended warranty and showed us some, but we declined and she didn't push it. I appreciated that. It was a quick and easy experience. More

Excellent experience Kevin was very helpful getting the car/color I wanted. The only problem I have had is the clutch recall issue on my Focus. It's been replaced twice, but Clay and the service department has been great. In fact, this last replacement, I believe, has been the best yet. So my experience keeps getting better and better. I am likely to buy another car from Pegues-Hurst and would definitely recommend them. More
