The service writers are very courteous and insure proper diagnosis and repair. I use them exclusively for everything, including oil changes. Greatest Dealership Experience This was my first new car purchase so I started off like most people these days....on the Internet. The price I received from Pegues-Hurst was perfect and their customer service is second to none. Their sales professional, Paul Rowland, was great. He met me as soon as I walked onto the car lot and helped me to narrow down the options based on what I told him I was looking for. I'm not am impulse buyer so my decision took several days. Paul was very patient and was there to answer questions that I had and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Never at any time did I feel he was pushy or that he was trying to rush my decision. Even the sales manager took the time to personally make sure my experience was top notch and that all of my questions were addressed. Fast, Easy, Positive buying experience with Shannon I contacted the dealer about a truck I found on AutoTrader and was immediately sent to Shannon. I told him that I lived in Austin but the truck looked I contacted the dealer about a truck I found on AutoTrader and was immediately sent to Shannon. I told him that I lived in Austin but the truck looked fantastic and I was very interested. From there, he proceeded to make the buying experience as painless as possible considering I was so far away. Over the course of our two day communication he texted me with updates about 3 times each day. We negotiated 100% over text which was amazing because when I finally made the four hour drive to the dealer, there was no haggling or negotiation left to do... and I felt comfortable because I had everything in writing. When I arrived, it was literally a one hour experience and there were absolutely NO surprises or curveballs. EVERYTHING was exactly as promised and I didn't have to remind Shannon about a single detail of the transaction. The finance manager was the clearest finance manager I've ever worked with in terms of explaining what I was signing. In total, I interacted with about 5 or 6 individuals at the dealership and EVERYONE was very friendly and professional. I've bought about 6 Ford trucks in the last 3 years from various dealers and this was the easiest experience I've ever had. I hope to buy many more trucks from Shannon and Pegues. I'm not kidding, my experience was phenomenal and I am so relieved because I typically fear buying trucks because some nightmare experiences I've dealt with.
