Totally Painless Truck Buying First off, I absolutely hate car buying, I would rather have teeth pulled with no anesthesia. But the wife and I needed a truck for personal and business use and being a Ford guy we stopped by Pegues-Hurst. It was a rainy friday and we really were just looking. Paul Rowland approached us and asked if he could help, we really didnt want to deal with the sales staff as we were just window shopping at the time, trying to get an idea of what we could afford. As I said it was raining and Paul imediately offered to move the particular truck we were looking at to the covered service area where we were out of the rain, he then went and brought another similar truck up also. He never put pressure on us or tried to push us in any direction, all he did was help us in any way he could to one decide what we could afford/wanted. Then Paul and the rest of the new car staff and finance painlessly took us through the purchasing process. The first prices offered on both the trucks we had liked were very fair prices for the trucks. I had already looked at True Car and the first prices stated to us were well below what True Car said was a good price, as a matter of fact they were off the low side of the charts. I could not be any happier with anything to do with this purchase, from the initial price quoted to the purchasing process. Evryone at Pegues-Hurst Ford were as helpful as possible. No pushy sales people or pressure to "Buy Now". I have bought several new cars in my lifetime and Pegues-Hurst and Paul Rowland made this not just a bearable experience but a pleasant one. The Kevin Palmer Experience Dealerships, I just don't care for the car dealership experience, at any car dealership. I typically leave feeling the dealership tried to come out a Dealerships, I just don't care for the car dealership experience, at any car dealership. I typically leave feeling the dealership tried to come out ahead on the deal. That said I like Kevin Palmer's style. Kevin is more of my "go to guy" than a salesman. Pretty straight up, works hard to work out any issue at the dealership or with the car and best of all doesn't make excuses. Plus the whole dealership seems to support Kevin well on the service and finance side. Purchased 2 cars from Kevin in the last 3 and a half years. A new F-150 and a gorgeous pre-owned Mustang convertible. Both very nice vehicles. On the fleet side the company I work for has a fleet "deal" with Ford and takes delivery of a bunch of vehicles (mostly trucks) through Pegues-Hurst with good results. To sum it up Kevin Palmer, Ford and Pegues-Hurst, a pretty darn decent experience from BOTH sides of the deal! More

New F150 4x4 Heard about the excellent discounts onthe F150s. Stopped in to see about making a trade in on my F150 King Ranch 4x4. Will be running roads for several more years. After discussing in we talked with Kevin again and went for it. This is my third truck and 5th vehicle purchased from Kevin and Peques-Hurst For house.
