We had just left another local dealership after being a repeat customer of theirs for years because of the salesman’s lack of knowledge on their own vehicles, the dealership’s lack of honesty and overall disingenuous attitude. We encountered the exact opposite at Pegues. Joel was exceptionally knowledgeable, and was able to quickly answer any questions and address our concerns. He was extremely honest and there was zero haggling on prices. While I was there, I was also looking at prices for the same truck at dealers in Gladewater, Kilgore and Marshall. None of them could match the price Pegues gave us. We went into the dealership to simply inquire about an F250, maybe test drive it and get a price. Because of the professional manner in which we were treated, the honest sales and the respect we were shown regarding our concerns and numerous inquires, we felt confident enough with this dealer to buy not one, but two trucks in one day!
