When we first went there they where nice. We got the paperwork done and told them what they needed to fix on the vehicle. Which they approved to do. However while we where awaiting delivery on the vehicle we where not contacted throughout the entire process. I would text and call and I had no responses. Finally we got a response from someone else. I spoke to him and he told us that he went to get the vehicle and they only put on 2 new tires not four and they where ordering two more. I then reamed him a new xxx about how horrible they where, how rude it was not to keep us up to date of what was going on after we signed papers for a vehicle that we didn't have that was promised to us, how there customer service was terrible and that it is bad for business not to stay in contact with the buyer. I also apologized to him knowingly that it wasn't his fault. They THEN stayed in contact with us the last day they had our vehicle! We had already had to wait another day which we had waited over a week and this was frustrating. We then went to pick up the vehicle and only one of the things they promised us that they would fix was completed Nothing else! The caps that go on the rims was not on and they where just laying in the bed of the truck with screws flying all over the place! The belt that was making a noise was just just sprayed with wd40 to keep it quiet and then it came back within 2 days. The exhaust was never fixed, and as soon as 2 days later after having the vehicle the headlight stopped working and we noticed the electric mirror was broke. I would definitely not recommend 😐. Just stating my opinion. More

My husband and I originally went in looking for a pick up truck. There was one for about $29,000. The sales manager came over to us and said that one of our original banks was willing to finance the truck if truck. There was one for about $29,000. The sales manager came over to us and said that one of our original banks was willing to finance the truck if we traded in my vehicle with no money down. But were looking to trade our 2018 Camaro for the pick up. Since he said they wanted my vehicle, we asked if we could do an SUV instead, he said yes. So I picked out an SUV cheaper than the pick up and then the manager comes back with a different story that now they don't want my vehicle and they won't finance a lesser expensive vehicle without money down. I don't like being treated as if I'm ignorant and didn't understand what you had told me the first time. Just because I'm a hispanic female does not mean that I'm ignorant. More
