OUR SALES AGENT WAS JIMMY AND JAKE. Have always wanted a Jeep...and unfortunately we found the truck we wanted at Penn Auto IN Allentown. We were pre-approved from an outside finance company....BUT THE GUY Jeep...and unfortunately we found the truck we wanted at Penn Auto IN Allentown. We were pre-approved from an outside finance company....BUT THE GUY TRIED TO PULL A FAST ONE AND PUT US THRU HIS LOAN COMPANY AND ADD OVER $5000 AND A BIG INTEREST RATE !!! To top it off, due to the pandemic, we couldn't really test drive or take it to a mechanic..so we had to just look it over on the lot. We heard a knock In the engine (believe its lifters tapping), the a/c was hot, the serpentine belt was making a racket AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON!!!! So we bought the Jeep with the condition that the issues be fixed....guess what??? So far no service call !!!! To top this all off THE GUY OVERCHARGED US ON THE DOWN PAYMENT. We signed an agreement to put down $300. He charged us $500. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM LIEING, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. SHOP AROUND AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! There was NO special covid 19 precautions offered More
