Unanswered telephone calls and messages is no way to treat customers. Trying not to honor a certified vehicles warrantee was the icing on the cake. The service I was provided is a disgrace to the Penske brand and certainly not representative of the Buick/GMC brand. More
Albert the service advisor had great customer service. He had great communication skills and was always available when I had a question about my car. The problem is that I was told the part needed for my vehicle would take about 4 months to receive so I ended up having to pay over $300 more to have the part repaired rather than replaced. I spent a lot of money getting my car fixed and I was surprised to see when I picked up my car that after all the time it spent at the dealership and all the money I spent there wasn’t even a complimentary car wash thrown in. More
If it wasn’t for Josue and the other manager, Matthew and my very responsive, nice sales person, Jose, I would have canceled the purchase. They are the only good things about the experience. The finance manager was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. He was a liar, unethical, disrespectful, despite many attempts to call him with questions he never once returned a phone call when the timing was critical. The other thing I did not like about the experience was when you say you are interested, they ask you to go sit down at a little cheesy table and you are completely ignored for a long time, not knowing what’s going on or knowing the process each time I came in at different Points in the transaction I was directed to the table without explanation. Definitely different from my Mercedes dealership treatment but, on a good note, Josue helped overcome some obstacles on his days off making the deal happen and Matthew was there at the end to answer a bunch of questions I had with the horrific signing process he was great. More
