I took my vehicle in twice this past month for service and for an issue I was experiencing while driving. The 2nd visit I was attended by Stephanie V. who assisted me while I was experiencing issues with my vehicle. Stephanie kept constant communication with me, keeping me well informed of any updates/findings on what was causing this noise I had. She was able to provide in great detail (Which I appreciate) what was found and the solution to fix the problem. She was able to find the parts needed to repair my vehicle and had my vehicle returned to me in great shape sooner than expected.
