After booking my appointment, I called to confirm availability of a shuttle. When I was called by the dealership to confirm my appointment, I again confirmed availability of a shuttle. When I dropp availability of a shuttle. When I was called by the dealership to confirm my appointment, I again confirmed availability of a shuttle. When I dropped my car off, I was told there was no shuttle. I had to arrange transportation last minute. I don't mind that there isn't a shuttle available. I could have arranged for alternate transportation ahead of time. But because I was misled or lied to, this cost me 2+ hours of a busy work day, where I had to postpone or cancel multiple work appointments. Highly disappointed, and definitely won't be returning. Jose was very easy to work with, knowledgable and tried very hard to achieve the best pricing, Matthew was not helpful and I left with a bad feeling that he did not want me to be happy with the lease. Purchased a lease for the same auto three years ago for $360 per month...the new lease is $433 per month. Not happy with the large increase. Asked for some service credit...he said no. Asked for $420 or $430 per month...he said no. I should have walked out but the auto needed to be turned in on 1-1-2024. Definitely my last lease or purchase with Penske. More

A very pleasant experience. Instead of being "mobbed" by various individuals at the git go (my experience elsewhere), Anthony took on the role, took us to where all the GMC Cany Instead of being "mobbed" by various individuals at the git go (my experience elsewhere), Anthony took on the role, took us to where all the GMC Canyons were located (didn't have to wait for staff to bring cars to me) and ushered us right through to the end with clear experience and each detail which were important to me was addressed (e.g., how we could get running boards added) as we went along. I never felt "pressured" (which is often typical at dealerships). Despite the very busy circumstances of the end of year (lots of customers) Anthony was able to keep us moving through to finance - and when we were leaving took as much time as necessary to show me key features of my new purchase (and integrated my phone for me without my asking - a task that would have taken me considerable time since I would have had to go online to access an owner's manual which no longer come with the vehicle). I left with all of the important info understood (not typical for me). Not a twinge of buyer's remorse. The truck is perfect for my needs, and is a dream to drive. Thanks. More

I’ve had to bring my vehicle back after spending a ton of money. They gave me a rental in the meantime, but I hope I do not have to come out of the pocket again for something they should have fixed the first money.
