Wait time for oil change & tire rotation is too long. Customer service in the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Had an oil change appointment, after waiting 2 hours I checked on status of service, was asked if I had been there 3 hours, I said no, & have no intentions of staying 3 hours for minimum service. I again I asked for car status, after a few minutes service rep drove another customer’s car out & told me mine was next! After 2 hours they had not even begun to service my car, needless to say I was beyond furious & requested my car immediately. When I expressed my dissatisfaction that I wasn’t told it would be a 3+ hours wait when I checked in the non-sealant attitude of the service rep was more infuriating! More

Went in for lube and oil change. Previous visits they would do the lube and oil change, check for any developing problems, put air in tires as needed, and top off any fluid needs. Air was not put in my tires and cost for these services have increased and would appreciate exactly what was going to be done. I always take my cars into the dealership because I feel a competent job will be done. More

They installed heated seats that had been back ordered in super speedy time! We had an appt and dropped it off. Within one hour it was completed!
