Not a bad service experience, but definitely not Cadillac level. I have a 24 Lyriq, and GM has different rules in place for EV service. I was not given a GM EV loaner, even though I called ahead to request level. I have a 24 Lyriq, and GM has different rules in place for EV service. I was not given a GM EV loaner, even though I called ahead to request one. I did not get a call when the car was done - only a vague text message and email. I texted before picking up the car, with no response. The car was not charged before pick-up, even though the charger was available. Most importantly, the repairs were not good. One item was not listed as "repaired" - just a cause was listed, and it was indeed not repaired. Another item was better after repair, but still not great. I responded when I received the survey notice, and waited a while to write this review - also with no response back. To sum up, not terrible, but not worth the drive down the 405 from west LA. More
