I had the pleasure of working with Giovanna Graff from my test drive through to the final purchase, which took about two weeks. Throughout this period, Giovanna was an exceptional salesperson. She maintained constant communication, promptly responded to my emails, and answered all my questions, without any of that “salesperson pushiness.” When it came time to finalize the purchase, she had already completed much of the necessary paperwork, significantly reducing the time I spent at the dealership. Giovanna's efficiency and straightforward approach made the entire process remarkably smooth and enjoyable, which is a pleasant contrast to my usual experiences with car buying.
