When I called for service the technician scheduled me I’m Memorial Day when the dealership is closed. When I towed my vehicle in for repair it took two weeks to tell me what was wrong and $16880 to repair. I Memorial Day when the dealership is closed. I bought it from Penske certified pre owned on 12/31/18 with a 6 year 100,000 mile warranty. I researched the issue and it is a defective design issue with this GM 5.3L engine. Penske refused to assist with the repairs and charged me $275 for the diagnostics that took two weeks to obtain. I will never purchase another vehicle from Penske or a GMC vehicle.
